How to Manage Your Subscription (macOS)

  1. Open System SettingsApple IDMedia & PurchasesSubscriptionsManage → select PDFUnion.

Price Changes

  • We (and Apple) will notify you of subscription price increases; you'll receive advance notice.
  • You may cancel before a price increase takes effect. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

4.4 Free Trial Terms (Annual plan only)

  • Availability: The 7-day free trial applies to the Annual plan only. No trial is available for Monthly or One-time.
  • Start: The trial begins when you select the Annual plan with a free-trial offer and confirm via the App Store purchase sheet.
  • Auto-conversion: Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid Annual subscription.
  • Eligibility: One trial per Apple ID per subscription group. If you've previously used a PDFUnion (or related) free trial in the same subscription group, Apple may deem you ineligible.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime during the trial via Apple ID settings. If cancelled, access typically continues through the end of the trial; you will not be charged.

4.5 Trial Limitations and Fair Use

  • Each Apple ID is entitled to one 7-day trial for the Annual plan.

  • Using multiple Apple IDs to circumvent trial limits violates these Terms.
  • We may restrict or revoke trial access in cases of fraud or abuse.

4.6 Access to Features

  • All purchase options provide access to the complete PDF feature suite (30+ tools).
  • Minimal file-size limitations may apply (see technical specifications).
  • Features are available immediately upon successful purchase (or trial activation for Annual).
